Ready to own CRM impact across Europe and see your work directly drive revenue? As our CRM Manager, you’ll turn data into high-performing, personalized campaigns that boost retention and customer lifetime value. You’ll experiment, automate, and optimize at speed: working with a collaborative team that values initiative and fresh thinking.
While you’ll collaborate closely with colleagues across markets and brands, your primary focus will be AMORELIE in Germany — one of the leading sexual wellness and lifestyle brands in the DACH region, known for creating inspiring, inclusive experiences and helping people explore intimacy with confidence.
Because this role owns CRM campaigns for Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, native-level German language skills are essential. You know what converts in-market, can write customer-facing copy that feels natural and persuasive, and understand local nuances in tone and messaging.
If you’re eager to grow, love commercial impact, and thrive in a dynamic scale-up, this is your next step.
